OnePlus is rolling out a new firmware update, OxygenOS 14.0.0.300, for the OnePlus Nord 3, featuring the January 2024 Android Security Patch. This update is being distributed to various regions, including India, Europe, and global variants.
Notably, the OnePlus Nord 3 India Variant had received the firmware 14.0.0.201 a few days ago, but due to issues reported on India Variants, the rollout is now paused, and the new firmware OxygenOS 14.0.0.300 is being made available to all users.
The update includes the January 2024 Android security patch, enhancing system security, improving system stability and performance, and extending battery life in specific scenarios.
Notably, the background stream feature in Smart Sidebar has been removed, and issues related to the theme store have been addressed. The update will be initially released to a limited number of users before a broader rollout, and users can report bugs and issues via the OnePlus Community or Google Dialer (in India only) by typing *#800#.
