Where to buy the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2

If you're anticipating receiving a new Apple Watch Series 9 or Apple Watch Ultra 2 model next week, it's advisable to double-check your list and proceed to check out your cart now if you haven't done so already. Starting this Thursday, December 21, direct purchases of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 or the Apple Watch Series 9 from Apple will no longer be possible.

The sudden halt in sales is a consequence of an October ruling by the International Trade Commission (ITC) regarding the blood oxygen sensor on the Apple Watch, following a legal dispute between Apple and the medical technology company Masimo.

While the ITC injunction only affects Apple's direct sales of the devices (the products will still be available from other retailers like Best Buy, Amazon, and more), it's crucial to note that the ban also prevents Apple from importing the watches. 

This means Apple cannot send more devices to retailers selling them, and the existing stock on those stores' shelves is what will be available in the US market until further notice.
