Xiaomi debuted its latest wearable products at the Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona on February 25. The newly unveiled Xiaomi Watch 2, Xiaomi Watch S3, and Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro will be initially available in selected markets, including Europe.
However, the company has yet to confirm the availability of these products in India. These smartwatches offer interchangeable straps, allowing users to personalize them according to their preferences. Here are all the details you need to know:
Xiaomi Watch 2, Watch S3, Smart Band 8 Pro Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Watch 2, Watch S3, and Smart Band 8 Pro are available in black and silver colors. The Xiaomi Watch 2 and Smart Band 8 Pro, both with interchangeable straps, start at EUR 199 (approximately Rs. 17,850) and EUR 69 (approximately Rs. 6,200), respectively.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Watch S3, featuring interchangeable straps and bezels, starts at EUR 149 (approximately Rs. 13,400). These smartwatches are currently accessible in selected European markets and will soon expand to a few more regions.
Xiaomi Watch 2 Specifications
Xiaomi Watch 2 boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a peak brightness of 600nits. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 SoC paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage.
Operating on Google's Wear OS, it is equipped with a 495mAh battery, providing up to 65 hours of battery life, as claimed by the company. Additionally, it features a camera remote function, allowing Xiaomi smartphone users to preview the viewfinder directly on the watch display and adjust settings before capturing photos or videos. Connectivity options include L1+L5 GNSS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.2.
Xiaomi Watch S3 Specifications
The Xiaomi Watch S3 sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. Running on Xiaomi’s new HyperOS, it supports Bluetooth calling and various health and fitness trackers, such as heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level monitoring, sleep tracking, menstrual cycle tracking, and more.
It is equipped with a 486mAh battery, offering up to 15 days of battery life, as per the company's claim. The Xiaomi Watch S3 also allows users to customize its bezels, available in four colors: Ocean Blue, Chrome Yellow, Dual Tone Ceramic (Black and Green), and Rainbow.
Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro Specifications
The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro features a 1.74-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 336 x 480 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. With a 5ATM rating, it supports GNSS and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
