OnePlus has officially introduced the OnePlus Watch 2, its latest smartwatch, during the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona, following a series of leaks and rumors.
The standout feature of this smartwatch is its dual OS and dual chip architecture. The OnePlus Watch 2 will be available in India, Europe, and the US, positioning itself as a flagship smartwatch powered by the latest version of Wear OS by Google (Wear OS 4).

The OnePlus Watch 2 will be available in India through Oneplus.in, the OnePlus store App, OnePlus Experience store, Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Myntra.com, Reliance, Croma, and other offline partner stores.
The smartwatch will go on open sale starting March 4 at 12 pm. Available in Black Steel and Radiant Steel variants, the watch starts at Rs 24,999. Warranty plans, after-sales programs, and terms and conditions will vary depending on the region of purchase, as stated by the company.

Drawing inspiration from the design ethos of the OnePlus 12 series, the OnePlus Watch 2 features a circular watch face reminiscent of the lineup's camera module. It sports a 2.5D sapphire crystal cover for enhanced scratch resistance and a stainless steel chassis for protection against rust and corrosion. Certified to the latest MIL-STD-810H US military standard, the watch is built to withstand harsh conditions.
The smartwatch boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with up to 1000 nits of peak brightness, ensuring seamless viewing and interaction with notifications. With 32GB of standalone storage, users can download favorite tracks from platforms like YouTube Music and Spotify for offline listening. Bluetooth connectivity allows for making and receiving phone calls directly from the watch.
Featuring military-grade durability with 5ATM and IP68 water and dust resistance, the OnePlus Watch 2 ensures reliable performance in various environments. It offers over 100 sports modes and built-in dual-band GPS for accurate tracking of activities like running, badminton, tennis, and skiing.
The smartwatch incorporates comprehensive health monitoring features, including heart rate tracking, blood oxygen saturation monitoring, and stress detection, accessible via the OnePlus O Health app. It operates on both Wear OS powered by the Snapdragon W5 chip and a proprietary OS based on RTOS, ensuring smooth performance.
The large 500mAh battery provides up to 100 hours of battery life in Smart mode and up to 12 days in power saver mode. VOOC fast charging technology enables a full day's power in just 10 minutes of charging.
OnePlus has also announced compatibility with Health Connect by Android, integrated into Android 14. This feature serves as a central hub for managing data permissions from various health and fitness apps and devices, allowing seamless integration and accessibility of health data collected through the watch or the OHealth app.
