Galaxy Book 4 series India launch confirmed as Samsung starts pre-reservations for powerful new AI laptops

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 series is set to launch in India, offering a follow-up to the successful Galaxy Book 3 range. Pre-reservations are open, providing early access and special offers to customers. The lineup includes the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra, Galaxy Book 4 Pro in 14- and 16-inch variants, and the Galaxy Book 360.

Key features include Intel's latest Core Ultra chips, emphasizing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. The Galaxy Book 4 Ultra stands out with a 16-inch, 16:10 touch AMOLED display featuring a 3K resolution and variable refresh rate. It offers a choice of Intel Core Ultra 9 or 7 CPUs, paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 or RTX 4050 graphics, up to 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 2TB SSD.

The Galaxy Book 4 Pro, available in 14- and 16-inch sizes, shares similar specs, including a 16:10 touch AMOLED display with a 3K resolution. It features Intel Core Ultra 5 or 7 CPUs, integrated Arc graphics, up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB SSD.

The convertible option, Galaxy Book 360, ships with an S-Pen stylus and aligns closely with the 16-inch Galaxy Book 4 Pro in terms of specifications.

Pre-reservations are available through Samsung.com, Samsung exclusive stores, leading retail outlets, and select online portals. Customers can reserve a unit by paying a refundable token amount of Rs 1,999, with additional benefits worth Rs 5,000 provided by Samsung. The formal pricing and specific models and configurations for the Indian market are yet to be announced.
