In the 13th installment of its Technology Diaries, MediaTek emphasized its dedication to promoting the adoption of future-ready technologies across various domains such as Generative AI, Connectivity, 5G, Automotive, Cloud Computing, Satellite connectivity, and advanced 5G solutions for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA).
The company reaffirmed its recent product announcements, including the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 and 9300 chipsets, which integrate generative AI capabilities. Anku Jain, Managing Director at MediaTek India, expressed excitement about delving deeper into next-gen technology advancements to lead in the era of Generative AI. According to MediaTek, the MediaTek Dimensity Auto encompasses a range of new automotive solutions, including Dimensity Auto Connect, Dimensity Auto Cockpit, Dimensity Auto Components, and Dimensity Auto Drive. This comprehensive portfolio is designed to drive innovation in smart vehicle technology.
During the event, there was a meaningful discussion on various topics, including MediaTek's use of Meta's Llama 2, smartphones, networking and connectivity, smart devices, and 5G Satellite NTN.
