The year 2023 for Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has been around launching new smartphones across different segments. However, the company has kept its focus specifically on entry-level budget smartphones that offer good cameras, design, and 5G connectivity. On Wednesday, Lava unveiled its latest entry level 5G smartphone, the Lava Blaze 2 5G, in India, with prices starting at just Rs 9,999.
Lava Blaze 2 5G boasts an attractive glass back design, a ring light at the back, and is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 Processor, among other features. Let's take a closer look at the pricing, availability, and specifications of the new Lava Blaze 2 5G smartphone.
Lava Blaze 2 5G price in India
Lava has introduced the Blaze Pro 5G in two variants: 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, and 6GB RAM and 128GB storage options. Both variants offer expandable RAM with memory that can be expanded up to 1TB.
The phone is available in three vibrant colours, including Glass Black, Glass Blue, and Glass Lavender. Lava Blaze 2 5G will be available for sale on Amazon.in and Lavamobiles.com from November 9.

The Lava Blaze 2 5G is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 Processor, running on the Android 13 OS with a promised upgrade to Android 14, and it includes two years of quarterly security updates. Powering the phone is a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support through Type-C.
The Blaze 2 5G features a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS punch hole display with a 2.5D curved screen and a 90 Hz refresh rate. It offers anonymous auto-call recording and includes a side fingerprint sensor for added security and convenience.
Regarding the camera, the Lava Blaze 2 5G boasts a 50-megapixel Rear Camera and an 8-megapixel front camera with a screen flash for taking selfies. The smartphone also offers various inbuilt camera features, including modes like Film, Slow Motion, Timelapse, UHD, Gif, Beauty, HDR, Night, Portrait, AI, Pro, Panorama, Filters, and Intelligent Scanning.
Lava is also providing 'free service at home,' offering a doorstep service for Lava devices under warranty. To avail this service, users can visit the official website.
Earlier, in September, Lava launched the new Blaze Pro 5G at a price of Rs 12,499 for the sole 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. It also features a colour-changing back panel and is available for sale in two colour variants.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor, operating on Android 13 OS with 128GB storage and 8GB expandable RAM. The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
