Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and if you're pondering the perfect gift for your special someone, consider the iPhone 15, which might just fit the bill. Launched in 2023, the iPhone 15 series continues to maintain its status as one of the most sought-after smartphone series globally, including in India. While the market offers numerous smartphone options, the iPhone stands out not only for its sturdy construction but also for its seamless user experience.
You can purchase the iPhone 15 from various retail outlets or online platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. Interestingly, buying the device from e-commerce platforms can yield significant savings.
For instance, the iPhone 15, priced at Rs 79,900 for the 128GB variant, is currently available at a 17 per cent discount on Flipkart, priced at Rs 65,999. Additionally, buyers can benefit from an exchange discount of up to Rs 54,900, along with an additional Rs 3,000 off on select models.
To gauge the exchange discount, we attempted to trade in an iPhone 13 Pro for the base model of the iPhone 15. Surprisingly, Flipkart offered Rs 38,900 for the older iPhone, provided it was in pristine condition. With the exchange, the price of the iPhone 15 dropped to Rs 27,099.
Combining this with bank offers, we were able to bring the cost of the iPhone 15 to under Rs 25,000. Notably, similar exchange attempts for the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max resulted in a Rs 41,900 exchange discount for both devices.
Furthermore, Flipkart presents a plethora of enticing offers on the iPhone 15, including a 10 per cent discount with BOBCARD transactions (up to Rs 750), or opting for EMI transactions to avail up to Rs 1,250 off. Citi-branded Credit Card holders can enjoy discounts of up to ₹1,500. Additional benefits include cashback, discounts on accessories, and exclusive bank offers.
The iPhone 15 boasts a 128GB ROM, a 15.49 cm (6.1 inch) Super Retina XDR Display, 48MP + 12MP rear cameras, a 12MP front camera, and an A16 Bionic Chip with a 6-core processor. In comparison, the iPhone 13 Pro offers a 128GB ROM, a 15.49 cm (6.1 inch) Super Retina XDR Display, triple 12MP rear cameras, a 12 MP front camera, and an A15 Bionic Chip processor.
