Write good content on your website that is the right length in words. (Between 300 & 2500)
Don't copy and paste from the internet
Don't spam your keywords, have the sentences make sense.
Don't overdo it on the ads, place them in the same place on every page and don't use too many as it will deter your readers and may even slow down your website causing google to demote it.
Don't use artificial traffic, there are many companies that offer bot or exchange traffic, it works by you doing something for someone and they return the favor in landing on your site for 30 seconds - the problem with this, is they won't interact with your site, it will give your page a high bounce rate, google will demote it and it is also against google Adsense terms of service as they only allow ads to be shown to real people.
